Everything starts with the connection to the devices. Inside Databoom's cloud, each type of device has a dedicated application which remains active for any input messages. These applications are highly scalable and are automatically monitored by a management system that serves to maintain a certain number of services up and running.

Input data collected by the applications is entered and processed in a non-relational database of the latest generation which is automatically replicated across multiple servers to ensure that the recorded data is always available. All data is automatically saved using a very reliable backup program.

During the receipt of data, a rules-management system analyses the data and searches within it alarms or events to be reported. The rules can be written and customised directly by the user, thereby creating an updated automatic alarm system to track the plant's progress.

Using the single or team sharing features it is possible to share entire devices or just some signals with employees or customers. In this way, each user is free to choose and personalise the display based on its role and company needs.
